THE STORY BEHIND THE NAME

Maat.

Maat takes its name from the ancient Egyptian personification of truth, balance, and justice.

For us, it represents three things: the balance between growth and people, a commitment to leading and deciding with principle, and a way of working that is intentional, not reactive.
